Lori B. Sanford, Esq., M.B.A., has worked tirelessly to help litigants resolve their disputes by providing skilled arbitration and mediation services.
What distinguishes one arbitrator or mediator from another is the skill set that is brought to the table and whether the neutral is effective in resolving disputes. Ms. Sanford has been successfully mediating and arbitrating disputes since 2009 after a career as a senior trial attorney. When the pandemic hit, Ms. Sanford jumped on Zoom and has been going remote since March 2020.
Ms. Sanford is an attorney with more than 31 years of legal experience. Lori was an insurance defense litigator and senior trial attorney in Los Angeles and New York. In recent years, Lori switched sides to work for the Plaintiff’s bar doing personal injury and business litigation.
Having spent almost every day in court as a trial attorney, Lori firmly believes that arbitration or mediation is a more cost effective and time efficient way to resolve disputes and puts control over the result of a dispute back with the interested party and not with a jury.
Ms. Sanford earned a B.A. from the University of California at San Diego, a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, and a M.B.A. from La Sierra University Zapara School of Business with a health care emphasis. She is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Connecticut.
