Binding or Nonbinding Full day Arbitration - $4,200 per day scheduled
A full day arbitration is an 8 hour session and is ideal for arbitration by written stipulation, court order or a self-executing arbitration provision in a contract.
Binding or Nonbinding Half day Arbitration - $2,100 per half day scheduled
A half day arbitration is a 4 hour arbitration session. Any time after 4 hours is billed at the rate of $525.00 per hour divided equally between the parties.
Mediation Half-Day Session - $2,100 total or $1,050.00 per party
A half-day mediation is a 4 hour mediation session. Any time after 4 hours is billed at the rate of $525.00 per hour divided equally between the parties. Please inquire about rate if more than two parties.
Mediation Full Day Session - $4,200 total or $2,100.00 per party
A full day mediation is an 8 hour session. Any time after 8 hours is billed at the rate of $525.00 per hour divided equally between the parties.
Note: Fees may be higher if more than two parties are involved.
Payment in Full is required prior to the commencement of the arbitration or mediation.
Administrative Fee
A non-refundable administrative fee of $250 per party will be billed.
Briefs
The daily rate for arbitration or mediation includes a one (1) hour review of any materials submitted. Additional time for multi-party briefs or voluminous submissions will be charged at $600.00 per hour divided equally between the parties.
Facility Fees
If there is a need to rent conference room facilities, the parties will be asked in advance to agree to the room rental fee paid equally by the parties.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees
After a confirmation notice has been sent, no cancellation fee will be charged if there is at least a fourteen (14) day notice of cancellation. If a cancellation takes place fourteen (14) days before the confirmed date, the cancelling party will be responsible for a $500.00 cancellation fee.
Holding Dates
Date requests will be honored for forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the request. If the date is not confirmed within 48 hours, the date will be made available to the next requesting party.
